Sales Executive (Client Success partner)
Midrand
R20000 – R25000 per month CTC including cellphone allowance and petrol allowance plus quarterly commission and annual commission

Preference to BEE Female candidates
Must have own vehicle
Must be prepared to sign a training bond of min 2 years
Industry: Training and education
Business related degree
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate sales and or consultative selling, preferably in professional services environment - Human Capital / Learning and Development
Experience in managing large accounts
Stable work history
Successful track record of personal sales performance in a large corporate environment is essential
Demonstrable skills in the areas of Lead generation, forecasting, prospecting and driving opportunity closure

This is a largely independent field sales role for an individual with a high degree of business maturity.
Through training, this individual will acquire expertise on Company offerings including tools, work sessions and training components for our solutions
Business related degree

This role will typically interact with the following parties:
CEOs, CFOs, CROs and HR Execs
Head of Departments
Practice Sales Managers and Key Account Managers
What will you be responsible for?
Meeting agreed annual revenue and profitability targets
Planning and managing sales activities (own lead generation and appointment setting)
Obtaining referrals, chasing leads and closing deals
Actively and successfully managing the sales process from deal origination to delivery
Representing our client at industry events and tradeshows with the intention of gaining new business leads and contacts
Managing and maintaining a forecasted pipeline of potential business and ensuring all sales administration is current and up to date at all times
Writing client proposals
Reporting account status.
