Sales Executive – Outbound Call Centre- Business to Client (B2C)

Location: Stellenbosch, Cape Town
Salary: R20k – R30k per month

About the Role:
To identifies corporate sales business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. Selling product offerings by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification
3 years’ experience in Outbound Call Centre Sales
3 years’ experience as a Call Centre Team Manager within an Academic/Insurance/Financial organisation
A proven sales success record
Higher Education experience
Have a good technical knowledge in Education Entrepreneurship, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in Finance and Insurance
Have a good knowledge of the local market in education and training for financial and insurance brands
FSCA Regulatory knowledge
Proof of RE5 (Essential) and RE1 (Advantageous)

Duties:
Development of Sales and Customer service strategies, policies and procedures
Develop and implementation of operating plans
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and risk controls
Achieve Sales and Targets and effective management thereof
Management of relationships and SLA’s
Set performance standards with performance measurements
Seek for continuously improvement in business processes, products and technology
