Based in the Northern Suburbs the client is interested in meeting with dynamic individuals who are target-driven with a positive attitude, enjoy hunting for sales and will be the ambassador for the company’s Pest Control sales offering, ensuring consistent and profitable growth in revenue.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements, education and experience:
• For the pest control role: experience in selling pest control is essential and preferably in possession of a P number (please include in CV)
• Additional experience in selling hygiene products /similar services would be an advantage
• Matric / Grade 12
• Candidates must have a valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle

Key areas of responsibility:
• Working with a defined sales quota focusing on initiating relationships with multi-level decision-makers through various channels.
• Correctly costing new business, achieving the maximum margin on new business.
• Preparing quotes and/or proposals and presenting these to potential clients.
• Ensuring a thorough handover of the new contract to operational staff in order to ensure business as usual in as short a time as possible.
• Operating effectively and efficiently in order to minimise the sales cycle turnaround time.
• Ensuring management is kept informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analysis.
• Assisting with the training of new sales staff.
