Our client is a prestigious and leading organisation who operates within a highly competitive niche environment, which has shaped a unique performance driven culture that ensures the success of its employees and the organisation itself. This is a career opportunity for a highly motivated, self-managed sales professional with a proven track record in training solutions sales to contribute to new business growth by implementing sales strategies, marketing activities, generating own leads and referrals, setting up meetings and presentations, closing deals and managing own targets

Lucrative commission structure with an earning potential of between R20K to R100K per month uncapped (no basic salary). In addition you will receive a fixed monthly amount of R2000.00 to cover telephone/internet/travel costs.

Start date: May/June 2014

ROLE OUTPUTS:
Managing sales through prospecting, lead qualification, account strategy and planning
Implementing the company’s sales strategies
Conducting research to fully understand your client and their needs
Conducting client presentations and visits
Closing sales and achieving targets

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric/Grade 12
Relevant Tertiary Education advantageous
Previous sales experience in selling training solutions (not products) and interacting with customers at senior level;
Must be self-managed and target driven
Ability to generate your own leads and business referrals and close deals telephonically and face to face (majority of sales can be closed telephonically but regular client visits are required)
Ability to build strong customer relationships at all levels;
Client visits/presentations
Exceptional communication skills
Team player who understands the importance of collaborative team work
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license

Please note: This is not a hard-core sales role, but rather a relationship sales environment where you will be provided with leads via an active customer database – in addition to generating your own and utilising your own database if applicable
