Sales Executive – Fertilizer Manufacturer – Cape Town

Well established Manufacturing Company is looking for a Sales Executive with at least 2 – 5 years’ experience in Sales with Fertilizer or Agri Related industry experience.

Minimum Requirements
• Matric, Relevant qualification
• 2-5 years Sales Executive experience
• 2-5 years relevant experience in Fertilizer or Agri industry
• Cold Calling / Canvassing of clients
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Driver’s License
• Own Vehicle

Duties & Responsibilities:
• To implement the Business Unit Strategy of Fertilizer products for marketing and distribution.
• This involves supporting the sales manager in the implementation of approved sales plans and budgets.
• Engage in on-going market/ customer research and development of products that will assist in achieving the aforementioned goals.
• Play a major role in organizing, planning, developing, coordinating and implementing fertilizer sales and marketing strategies and activities (business plan, sales forecasts, budgets) in defined region.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to identify potential customers and new products.
• Supervise BU sales responsible to ensure that all set plans and sales process including on time delivery and after sales support are achieved as per company market share and profitability in the region.
• Visit existing and potential customers to identify their needs & analyse customer
• Submitting periodical reports (KPI and Sales reports)
• Monitor Logistic, documentation, collection, & customer complaint processes.
• Provide market intelligence information about the competitor’s behavior, customers, pricing trends, new projects, etc.
