Our client, who operates in the FMCG (beverage) space is looking for Sales Executives to join the team in the Free State.
The job? You will be the “face” of the brand; accountable for delivering monthly sales targets, you will concept sell and introduce the product to all key signature outlets in your territory and develop a deep relationship with the store owners maximizing in-store activators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Sales, Management and Relationship building
• The Sales Exec will be responsible for building and sustaining business relationships with key accounts in a given geographic area for the brand
• Achieving sales targets-volume, availability, visibility(picture of success)
• You will need to manage key distributors in his territory to ensure all KPI’s are met
• Organize consumer samplings and related events
• Monitor ROS, pricing and distribution & penetration
• Work with the account staff, distributor staff and any intermediary staff inspiring and training them
• Install marketing displays and ensure that brand advertising materials are placed strategically in stores/events

KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in FMCG (Beverages or Foods)
• Strong sales and new business track record
• A valid drivers licence and your own vehicle
• Have experience selling and managing Retail & Convenience channels
• Have experience working with and selling alongside distributor sales teams
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
• Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
• Be able to self-manage
• Solid Negotiation skills
• Reliability, honesty and Integrity are key
