Sales Executives

Capital Growth is a franchise business with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban We are opening new locations and have many opportunities for driven and ambitious sales and marketing people. The office culture is fun but intensely goal-driven with many sales executives promoted to senior sales roles within their first 12 months if successful in the role.
Each new sales executive will be enrolled on to the company’s training programme. Commission is uncapped and arguably one of the most generous structures in the industry.
Profile of Candidate
The successful candidates will be intelligent, driven, articulate, money motivated and ambitious. They should be resilient and competitive, as well as having excellent communication skills.
·Sales experience would be advantageous however is not essential
·Matric and SA ID are essential
·Strong negotiation skills and ability to adapt
·The ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximize product potential
