Internal and External Sales Executive – Foods Retail - Hospitality and Services

Our esteemed clients seeks the expertise of an experienced Internal Sales and External to service their clients by either calling clients to promote products or by taking orders from call in clients

Job purpose:

Internal and External Sales Executive

To plan and carry out sales activities of the branch, so as to maintain service levels and grow the regional turnover, in accordance with agreed company procedure and standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Valid Drivers
• English and Afrikaans Fluent
• Professional and Frontline
• 1 – 2 Years Internal and External Sales – Retail – FMCG or Hospitality
• Food Products and Services – Sales Experience Advantageous

Duties
• Cold Calling
• Schedule client meetings and promote and sell food products and services
• Will cover the customer base designated by the sales manager.
• A typical customer call should be pre-planned, with the responsible decision maker, new product ranges presented, applicable company procedures detailed, call cycles/order cycles and delivery cycles explained and new opportunities explored.
• A further function is that products nominated for promotions are given the necessary focus for the period stipulated.
• Product knowledge needs to be sufficient to operate in this industry.
• You must ensure that any reduction in a customer’s buying patterns is reported to the Sales Manager after one month of these orders not being normalised.
• Basic telephonic and sales skills are required to constantly meet and better regional sales.
