Due to our client base we provide 24/7 service with 5 day work week and 2 days off

Duties include but not limited to:
- Completion of daily outbound sales with daily set KPI in the English language
- Meet and/or exceed daily outbound KPI’s dials, claims and conversions
- Execute outbound campaigns to identify customers
- Customer relationship building and management
- Cross selling of products and services
- Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
- Performing extra tasks given by managers/supervisors as required
- Excellent time management and adherence to schedule

Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent with a pass in Mathematics and/or Accounting is a MUST
- Own reliable transport is essential!
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working in an outbound call center would be an added advantage
- Vibrant and zealous personalities
- Computer Literate
