IT Accessories company is seeking a Snr Admin/Invoicing Assistant
Grade 12
5-8 years’ experience would be an advantage
Pastel evolution experience required
Must have own car and license


Duties:
Assisting clients with orders
Taking payment
Invoicing and checking stock
Couriers
Liaison with all sales staff
Interaction with all stores staff
Assisting branches with their JHB orders
Checking stock
The person must be friendly, efficient and pro active
Able to handle stress and sort out problems
