Candidates must meet the following requirements:

· Responsible for growth of Sales within SAP HCM covering sales across SAP HCM On premise, SAP HCM Cloud (SuccessFactors), SAP HCM Mobility (Fiori), SAP Contingent Labour Management (FieldGlass).

· Must have overview knowledge of what these solutions entail. In depth technical detail not required Sales role will require:

· Seeking growth opportunities at existing clients (both HCM and non-HCM)

· Building relationships at new clients to seek sales opportunities

· Engaging Accenture Execs to impart HCM product knowledge and key sales point (e.g. benefits, value prop, etc.)

· Driving RFP responses

· Keep abreast of product developments, and market analyses within HCM

· Understand competing products in the HCM landscape and how they compare to SAP products
