We are recruiting for a vibrant and experienced Sales Lead to join our sales team. The individual will be leading our sales team and developing a sales strategy to help grow our business by selling our insurance digital suite to existing and potential clients.
Key tasks:
• Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate lead opportunities
• Provide engaging and articulate information about value proposition to potential customers
• Identify business challenges and problems within a potential customers and match these to the SilverBridge offering
• Manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle
• Efficient management of the sales pipeline using existing defined processes as well as improvement on these processes
• Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, face to face meetings, etc.
• Meet set sales targets
Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in a sales lead position
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience of B2B complex sales environment preferably in enterprise software solutions and digital applications
• Experience working with clients in the financial services industry (insurance industry an advantage)
• Understanding of financial services businesses
• Understanding of digital technology
• Strong grasp and understanding of commercial concepts
• Must be willing to travel in Africa
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Inherent drive and motivation to be successful
