We are looking for an experienced SALES LEADER: Direct Clients Securities

Minimum requirements / qualifications:
• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree (BCom in Finance/Investments/Economics etc.)
• Post graduate qualification / accreditation – Financial Planning / CFP
• RPE exams would be an added advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in financial services with solid securities and/or lisp background.
• Minimum 2 years of leading a sales team.

Key activities:
• Monitoring Feasibility of New Business ensuring growth
• Managing Sales Enquiries on all products, securities and LISP
• Team support and any securities or LISP related enquiries
• Ensure sales targets are met with detailed reporting and measurements
• Ensure activity targets are met and detail reporting and measurements
• Maximise Identified Opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategy
• Develop and maintain a sales calendar
• Provide Q & A relevant to sales and marketing campaigns
• Provide technical information relevant to marketing and sales campaigns
• Alignment of business strategy with sales drives and marketing material
• Business retention
• Value to the business - bring new ideas and turn into action
