Working in collaboration with your team you will be responsible for:
• Leading by example and operating with ethics, integrity and professionalism in every situation
• Utilise leads and networking opportunities to contact new customers
• You will take ownership and be responsible for meeting and exceeding your targets
• As you progress, provide on the job training for sales representatives on an individual and team basis

Essential criteria for you to be successful in this role.
• Leadership experience in any role, preferably sales
• The ability to manage performance, motivate and coach others
• Exceptional telephone skills, including asking the right questions and influencing customers to obtain successful sales
• Strong and effective negotiation skills coupled with effective relationship building skills

Qualifications:
• Valid South African ID
• Matric / Tertiary studies
