R40 000 – R50 000 CTC
Requirements:
• Minimum relevant 3 year tertiary qualification in Marketing or Sales
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Advanced MS Suite skills
• Valid Code 8/EB driving licence
• Own vehicle
Key Purpose
We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience as a Sales Management Trainee. The successful candidate will report directly to the respective District Manager.
Duties:
The successful candidate will:
Undergo a 12 months formal training programme to gain knowledge and experience in management and sales in order to prepare for a management position. To implement a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels and delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.
• Achieve pre-determined sales/brands and market share targets
• Influence retail pricing within segments
• Maintain stock levels within segments
• Develop self towards management opportunity
• Develop sound business relationships
• Conduct regular account reviews
• Handle Customer and Consumer queries
• Manage product quality in relation to quality standards
• Determine functional planning objectives
• Develop sound customer relationships
• Rotate across Channel Marketing, Category Management and Sales Activation units
