Summary and Key Responsibilities

Our client, based in Randburg, urgently requires a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to manage a few Sales Teams and setup the Sales department in the Car Leasing / Rental industry.

Skills

Must have extensive direct-sales experience which includes:
• Communicating with top level management, CEO’s and Business Owners
• Prospecting and Lead generation
• Selling and Presenting to clients
• Negotiating and Closing deals
• Must be an excellent communicator, able and willing to do daily high-volume cold calling, lead production and manage a Sales team

Requirements:
• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent
• Must be computer literate in MS Office
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing Sales teams
• Valid Drivers’ license
• Proven track record in Sales (meeting and exceeding targets)
• Must be fluent in English and any other South African language/s
• Make contact with approximately 200 new prospects per day with your team
• Generate daily new business by high-volume, cold calling and lead generation
• Must be hardworking, dedicated, driven and self-motivated; will to grow with the company
