Well established company are looking for a Sales Manager with 3-5 years’ experience with eCommerce Online Service. Must be able to do Marketing Sales Campaigns / SEO Campaigns / Digital Marketing / Online Marketing experience

They are looking for someone to join their team in Cape Town. To ensure our Contact Centre delivers class-leading quality-oriented customer service to help drive customer loyalty and support continued sales. The role will require someone with excellent people skills, an excellent customer focused ethos, and be able to share considerable industry experience and best practice ideas to help us drive towards class- leading quality-oriented customer sales and service environment.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• 3-5 years Sales Manager experience in contact and call centre environments working on different Campaigns to obtain more business
• Must have eCommerce Online Service Experience
• Must be able to do Marketing Sales Campaigns / SEO Campaigns / Digital Marketing / Online Marketing experience
• Must have Management experience in Managing a Sales team of 10-12
• Must be willing to work UK Hours 10am to 7pm
• Computer Literate – Excellent Microsoft Office skills a must
• Exceptional spoken and written English
