Our client is one of the leading manufacturers and supplies of LED lighting in South Africa.

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager to direct and assist a team of technical sales people working within the commercial and industrial markets.

The nature of the position demands a dynamic team builder with exceptional organisational capabilities and a hands-on participative management style with strong commercial and customer orientation.

The primary responsibility will be to deliver against the annual business plan by directing and coordinating the activities and functions of the Sales Team.

We will appoint a profit driven person currently in a Management position whose track record proves a high level people management and successful track record in sales. A high level of financial and commercial acumen is also a key attribute of the successful candidate.

Experience in technical/industrial sales is advantageous but not absolutely not essential.
