A proud leader in manufactured housing, this organisation has earned the confidence of their clients who are concentrated in the oil and gas, mining, engineering and construction industries. They are looking to recruit a Sales Manager with minimum 10years experience and strong leadership qualities
Remuneration:
$4000.00 per month (Slightly Negotiable) Bonus payable on Sales targets achieved
Minimum Requirements:
• University Degree in Business Administration and/or Civil/ Mechanical Engineering
• 10 + years’ experience in Sales Management
• Must be a MOZAMBICAN NATIONAL with Fluent English & Portuguese. Additional languages advantageous
Skills & Knowledge:
• Expert knowledge, extensive experience with existing network of contacts in any of the following industries - manufactured housing, civil construction, oil & gas & mining in Mozambique and/or SADC region.
• Must be willing to work in Pemba & Maputo offices, travel within the region and to remote sites
Key responsibilities
• Responsible for all regional sales operations, inclusive working on existing leads, developing new leads and business opportunities, regional business expansion
• Must be sales targets driven, and must ensure that the annual sales budgets are met/exceeded, with full accountability for regional sales revenues.
• Communicate directly with clients and evaluate the projects’ requirements and establish a bid structure plan
• Coordinate internally with draftsmen, estimators, and on project scheduling, preparation of all project bids, material take-offs, and on orders and change orders
• Reviews all contracts and serves as key point of contact for the projects’ contract development process
• Reviews and approves the issue of Work Orders and ensures compliance with clients’ contracts
• Other duties as may be defined by the Director from time to time.
