Based in Bethlehem and to cover the Reitz and Senekal regions

Previous experience as a Sales Manager essential
Previous experience in the Life insurance Industry
Preferably from a previous background such as: Avbob, Assupol, Doves, Metropolitan or similar

Grade 12
RE 01 qualification
Tertiary qualification an advantage e.g. Marketing/Business Management Diploma
Drivers License and own Vehicle
Computer Literate

Strong Managerial and Leadership skills
Manage a team of Insurance sales agents
Monitoring and Motivation
Training and development
Recruitment of agents
Monitoring poor performance
