A new branch of a well know financial/investment/funeral policies company based in Pretoria North, are in urgent need of experienced Sales Managers (focusing on selling funeral policies& benefits) to start as soon as possible, preferably in the first week of August 2017. Must have sold Funeral Policies before and worked at the following companies: Old Mutual, Metropolitan, Liberty Life, Assupol, AVBOB and any other related companies.
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 per month, plus commissions and incentives on team performances

Requirements
Diploma or Degree and/ or relevant marketing, sales or related field qualification
Successful previous experience as a sales representative and sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding set production targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Have formal training in the financial products sales environment (One of the following: RE5, Wealth Financial Planning, Wealth Management etc)
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people and business management skills

Duties:
Selling of Funeral Policies and Benefits
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long lasting and sustainable customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Sales revenue and expenses reports and forecast reporting to management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
