CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Electrical Engineering qualification with a minimum of 5 yrs experience in the electrical/mechanical field
Good technical sales acumen
Financial Experience
Experience in the Engine / Generator sales environment
Valid driver’s license
Must be a self starter and be prepared to travel
Good PC Skills
Strong electromechanical technical background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

POSITION OUTPUTS

Develop new customer relationships
Build and sustain excellent customer relationships
To sell Caterpillar generators to new and existing customers
To provide specialist advise on Power offering to all customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Effective self management, performance ownership and priority selling
Maintain power sales as forecasted levels
Monthly stock forecasting and management reports
Execution and management of sales administration processes
Risk and expense control including good corporate governance
Preparation and management of sales budgets
