Sales Manager

Location: Woodmead, JHB
Salary: R50k per month

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ sales management experience
Business solution selling experience within an IT / Consulting environment
ITIL and Service Management understanding
Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
A good understanding of IT Service Management and Consulting
Matric
Relevant diploma / degree advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to relate to customers and understand their needs
Account management skills
Prior successful sales record and a desire to succeed and achieve target

Duties:
Manage and develop a team of New Business Development Specialists including recruiting and hiring of new team members
Conduct regular sales meetings with the team
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Achieve team and individual targets
Develop prospective sales pipeline
Generate and achieve monthly forecasts and accurately predict revenue monthly
Manage escalations
New business development
Facilitate meetings at an Executive level
