Sales Manager: Residential Property Market

R35 000 base + Incentives + Medical Aid + Pension Fund + 13th Cheque

Our client is an established and dynamic residential development firm looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team, taking responsibility for the inception of all the sales and marketing of new builds, resales and off-plan as well as revenue / margin optimisation.

This gutsy candidate will be driving and implementing the sales & marketing strategy across Gauteng and will require a previous background of property development/ real estate sales and marketing in one of the major cities in South Africa, preferably Johannesburg.

Qualifications
• Matric + NQF 5 in Real Estate (Preferable)
• 5-10 years proven Residential Sales Experience
• Convincing involvement in the marketing of prior residential projects is a must!
• Sound People Management
• Strong Administrative Skills
• High Energy Levels
• Marketing Flair and Gutsy Propensity

Duties
• Preparing sales DD reports at pre acquisition stage
• Input into scheme layout / unit design / layout etc. at pre-planning stage
• Selection of and Management of sales agents (10 currently in place)
• Preparation and delivery of marketing & sales strategy
• Sales and Marketing budget
• Show house fit out
• Marketing and launch
• Co-ordination of PC and handover to end purchasers
• Production of Sales & Marketing reports for shareholders
