• CODE 8 DRIVERS LICENCE

• Within the overall strategic objective of the company, the Sales Manager is responsible for driving the performance of the Sales Team through:
• Acquiring new business
• Implement market strategies aligned to meet targets
• Maintaining excellence in customer relations
• Assist in the development and implement sales strategy for region
• Ensure sales service levels to customers throughout their organization are engaged with to understand customer needs and buying trends.
• Ensure good internal relationships with all divisions within the ETEX or CLIENT groups and the rest of the team

• Effective tracking change in customer needs
• Expert knowledge of sales territory design
• Analysis of market trends and developing action and setting action plans to keep abreast with happenings in the market

Customer Orientation and Development & CRM
• Monitor and report sales team’s performance, margin analysis, customer purchasing patterns, peaks and valleys, bulk purchasing, project related work on the CRM system.
• Monitor sales, average selling price, turnover, volumes against sales budget.
• Develop the understanding of the customers’ requirements by liaising with internal partners (Customer Service Centre) for lead times, delivery of large projects in Branches(Sales Administration, Production) and propose improvement of working processes.
