SALES MANAGER â?? TRADE REQUIRED IN NELSPRUIT

Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Matric
• Retail Management Qualification
• 3 – 5 years’ management experience in a retail environment
• Computer Literate
• Valid Driver’s license
• Building/ Construction Knowledge
• Ability to lead and supervise
• Planning and organising skills
• Ability to cope with pressure and setbacks
• Strong entrepreneurial and commercial orientation

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain all required operational standards as well as company policies and procedures
• Ensure Market awareness
• Drive customer service excellence
• Manage people by reflecting the company vision and values in your leadership practices.
• Manage performance to meet operational and financial objectives
• Achieve budgets and targets for the store through proactive management
• Ensure smooth operation of customer deliveries
• Develop Subcontractor relationship
• Staff management

Applicant must reside in NELSPRUIT or surrounding area.
