Pipe Coupling company based in Chamdor in Krugersdorp is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or similar
5 Years Management experience
5 Years Technical Sales and Marketing experience
Hands on technical experience (Trade will be an advantage)
Previous experience in the water and waste water markets would be an added advantage
Computer literate
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent admin skills
Valid driver’s license

DUTIES

Compile annual budgets
Weekly and monthly forecasts
Achieve weekly and monthly forecasts and margins
Customer quotes and assist internal sales staff with quotes
Manage internal sales quoting system and extract information such as:
Number of quotes completed
Quote versus order success rate
Detail of information fed into quote register by internal sales
Follow up of quotes
Customer visits (Local and International)
Customer training (Local and International)
Customer contact updates
Report monthly sales and unit figures per customer
Monthly report on activities
Trip reports
Future months movements and 3 month rolling of office/trip movements

Manage website including all technical data
Manage all advertising
Manage costs and implement price lists (Local, export and intercompany)
Assist intercompany with marketing

Assist sales staff with technical issue in conjunction with production staff
Assist customers with technical issue in conjunction with production staff
Attend production meetings and report back to sales staff

Business strategy with short, medium and long term goals
