Attainment of the agreed monthly budgets
Consistently motivating, supporting and educating sales team to ensure consistent growth and performance
Rate Approval
Managing appointments and leads via CRM platform
Monthly turnover vs monthly budgets
Approved CMU’s / Proposals presented
Managing reps on CRM platform
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANGEMENT
Retaining and growing existing business to its full potential by maintaining good customer relationships
Maintains contact with key accounts to ensure highest level of satisfaction
Customer Retention
SALES & GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Sales meetings weekly
Managing and sending of Sales report weekly
Managing the sales team’s KPI’s
Continuously educating and training sale team
Assisting with disciplinary hearings
Recruiting and training of staff
