Sales Manager – New Business – Freight Forwarding / Logistics – Cape Town

Well established Freight forwarding company with a strong international footprint and full supply chain solutions is looking for a dynamic and target driven Clearing and Forwarding Sales Manager for their Cape Town branch.

Salary: Market Related CTC + Comm (CTC – Basic, Medical aid, Provident fund, Car allowance, Petrol, Cell)

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric, Degree would be an advantage
• 3+ years’ experience as a Sales Manager
• Must have experience In Road Freight, Sea Freight, Airfreight, Imports and Exports
• Must be able to Hunt for new Business as well as to manage a team

Skills Required:
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Clearing & forwarding sales
• Achieve individual targets.
• Hunting New Business and closing the deal.
