Manage the sales plan and the set targets (20%)
- Facilitate open and supportive interactions between the relevant internal virtual teams
- Check and verify the accuracy and quality/ integrity of work delivered by team members
Ensure that our service delivery is appropriate and in line with our processes and policies, & Competition Commission (30%)
- Support the AR where necessary in educating and making the customer aware of correct contact points/channels within Telkom to optimally resolve their future issues and needs
- Maintain and grow your own knowledge of Telkom product offerings, competitor offerings
- Maintain and grow relationships with specific key customers
Ensure appropriate and continuous communication with customers (50%)
- Take responsibility for the performance of their sales teams and guide the development of these team members to remain abreast of new industry trends and competitor activity
- Hands on guidance and operational management of sales teams, to prioritise focus areas and efforts
- Coaching teams on areas of improvement
- Consistency and transparency in managing and leading the team
