ThinkSales Corporation has delivered exceptional growth over five years and is launching a third sales unit.

We are looking for a highly organised, resourceful, experienced and motivational Sales Manager to manage a sales team selling across multiple product categories including consulting and sales training.

The ideal candidate will be over 35 years of age, have a minimum 5 (five) years personal sales experience and a minimum 5 (five) years sales management experience, will understand the dynamics of a complex sale and has a proven track record.

If you are interested in personal growth, development and a commission range of R200 000 plus above the basic salary, then you want to work for us.

We are looking for you if you are inspirational, highly organised and resourceful, with the ability to lead, develop and coach a team of six sales specialists who have experience in selling to Senior Executives.

Duties & Responsibilities: (Key Delivery Areas):
? Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
? Provide assistance during important deal negotiations & when engaging with key customers
? Create solutions tailored to client’s business needs and ensure customer satisfaction
? Position the ThinkSales capabilities in a way valued by the customer & superior to the competition
? Ensure key daily & weekly performance metrics are achieved
? Training and coaching of the sales team to deliver outstanding results

Qualifications & Experience:
? Mature Candidate (35+ years)
? English: Fluent
? 5 years’ experience in selling
? 8 years’ experience in sales management
? A successful sales management track record of growing revenue
? Enjoys working in a structured and demanding environment
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills
? Experience in selling to C-level executives
? Advantageous: Bachelor's Degree
? Advantageous: Fluent in Afrikaans
? Advantageous: Leading team/s through complex sales

Offer:
1. A CTC basic of between R30 000 - R45 000 per month that includes medical aid, retirement contribution and travel and cell phone allowances.
The basic is negotiable up to 10% above current earnings and a proven track record. Excellent monthly, quarterly and annual commissions
which range from R200k plus per annum. Annual earnings are not capped.
2. Receive training on international training programs worth R130 000 plus
