KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

¬ DETERMINE ANNUAL UNIT AND GROSS-PROFIT PLANS BY IMPLEMENTING MARKETING STRATEGIES; ANALYSING TRENDS AND RESULTS.
¬ ESTABLISH SALES OBJECTIVES BY FORECASTING AND DEVELOPING ANNUAL SALES QUOTAS FOR REGIONS AND TERRITORIES; PROJECTING EXPECTED SALES VOLUME AND PROFIT FOR EXISTING AND NEW PRODUCTS.
¬ MAINTAIN SALES VOLUME, PRODUCT MIX, AND SELLING PRICE BY KEEPING CURRENT WITH SUPPLY AND DEMAND, CHANGING TRENDS, ECONOMIC INDICATORS AND COMPETITORS.
¬ ESTABLISH AND ADJUST SELLING PRICES BY MONITORING COSTS, COMPETITION, AND SUPPLY AND DEMAND.
¬ IMPLEMENT SALES PROGRAMS BY DEVELOPING FIELD SALES ACTION PLANS.
¬ COMPLETE SALES OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS BY SCHEDULING AND ASSIGNING EMPLOYEES; FOLLOWING UP ON WORK RESULTS.
¬ NEGOTIATE BEST SELLING PRICE IF POSSIBLE.
¬ CONSISTENTLY MONITOR THAT THE SALES TEAM ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS AND LOOKING TO GROW OUR FOOTPRINT IN THE MARKET.
¬ SUPPLY SENIOR MANAGEMENT WITH ORAL AND WRITTEN REPORTS ON CUSTOMER NEEDS, PROBLEMS, INTERESTS, COMPETITIVE ACTIVITIES AND POTENTIAL FOR NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

¬ PREFERRED DIPLOMA OR DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION IN SALES/MARKETING
¬ AT LEAST 5-10 YEARS’ SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING INDUSTRY (ELECTRICAL PRODUCT BACKGROUND IS CRITICAL)
¬ MEET SALES GOALS WITH PROVEN TRACK RECORD
¬ PROVEN SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
¬ PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
