A passionate Sales Manager is wanted for a vibrant Audiology company in the Johannesburg area. Requirements: • Must hold a South African ID • Non-negotiable is a BCom Business Management or related Commerce Degree • 3 – 5 years’ experience • Experience in advocacy, advance selling and lobbying • Audiology experience would be greatly beneficial. • Experience in selling niche products • Ability to work with long sales cycles Responsibilities: • Compile sales strategies for local and international markets. • Manage sales teams consisting of Business Development Managers and Sales Consultants. • Oversee and train sales teams on relevant processes and oversee sales team’s activities and targets. • Drive engagement with customers through various channels (meetings, calls, proposals, conferences) • Generate monthly reports on activities, that include reporting on customer visits, sales targets and strategies. • Achieve and/or exceed budget expectations. • Scheduling and planning of customer visits. • Manage sales enquiries by offering accurate quotations, lead times and invoices.
