Our Client in Cape Town is looking for a Sales Manager to manage their Liquids Sales Team.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Implementation of the agreed Sales Business Strategy
Sales Strategy, forecasting and Budgeting
Control of Company Assets (stock/ debtors)
Sales, growth and profitability targets
Contract and price negotiations support of FMCG sales team
Customer Development, Management and Care
Performance Management of staff

REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Sales and Marketing Degree / Diploma (Preferred)
Packaging Diploma (Preferred)
Relevant packaging manufacture experience
Sales – 5 years
Code 8 drivers license
Advantage of managing staff (permanents, fixed term contractors including mentoring graduates)
Ability to make logical decisions
Self-motivated, organized and able to work under strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Able to work long hours at short notice (this includes week ends and /or holidays)
Ability to travel
