• BDegree
• Grade 12
• FAIS accreditation (RE1 and RE5)
• Drive sale targets
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to check work accuracy
• Interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to take initiative
• Persistence
• Confidentiality
• Good communication, client liaison, relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy: Intermediate MS Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proven Ability to motivate and manage staff
