• Chemical and consumable sales (More than 5 years)
• Must have an existing client base
• Experience of leading a sales team (More than 3 years)
• Knowledge of Knowledge of chiller plants, boilers, cooling towers, waste water and reverse osmosis.
• Preferably Water treatment experience with one of the major suppliers
• Responsible for specific segment/market/area of sales in department
• Ability to identify new markets/segments/clients/regions
• Budget responsibility + reporting on targets, budgets etc. Ensuring the required sales growth for the division in order to achieve sales budgets and profitability goals.
• Responsible for the performance of the team
• Management of personnel which includes two sales agents
• Develop tactics for sales development aligned to group strategy
• Conducting specific market research activities in order to identify further market/product application opportunities while maintaining current market share.
• Responsibility for cost management
• Resolve major client issues/concerns
