Our client, currently one of the largest Adventure Tour Companies in Africa is seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their dynamic and vibrant team in the CBD office.

Duties will include (but not limited) to:

Data Capturing
Loading of contracts to database
Loading and updating of products to Supplier Websites
Capturing of Client email addresses
Regular maintenance and updating of database
Local and International material postage
Stock control of all Marketing Material
Organisation of Trade shows and Agent events
Tracking of brochure & flyer distribution
Web and Marker research
Weekly and monthly reporting of reservation transcripts with Agents
Assist with weekday tour departures & occasional Sunday departures (rotation basis)
Co-ordination of meetings and minute taking
Daily assistance to various sales consultants

Minimum Requirements:

1+ years’ experience within a sales team in the Tourism industry in SA
Basic sales experience in the Tourism industry an advantage
Experience with Sales Force system a definite advantage
Computer literate and proficient user in Microsoft Office (advanced excel skills)
Good understanding of Maths
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Must be a team player
Strong administrative skills
Be attentive to details and accuracy
Logical thinker
Exceptional organisational skills and be organised
Self-disciplined individual
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary on offer: R12 000 – R14 000 pm (experience dependent) + Provident fund and occupational healthcare program for everyday Dr’s expenses.
