PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To be responsible for the smooth and successful running and managing of the branch and campaigns.
Create and manage a team consisting of a Receptionist, Warehouse packer and Bam Agents.
Daily & monthly reporting

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate clear instructions to team members
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
To ensure that the Bam Agents keep to their deadlines
To also run with certain campaigns when needed
To ensure all administrative aspects of running campaigns are maintained and keeping track off. (Wages recons etc)
