We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and good-natured individual to join us as a sales & marketing intern for a period of 12 months The
successful intern will be involved in several activities within the company, including but not limited to:

Research into markets which have strong market potential.
Sourcing and completing tenders where a need exist for our solutions.
Follow up on enquires and validate interest.
Establish contacts within companies utilising multiple communication channels.
Assist with e-marketing campaigns and execute.
Assist with the roll-out of marketing/branding standards.
Follow up tenders submitted and enquire about progress.
Expand our contact database.

The ideal candidate will be an undergraduate or graduate studying Marketing, HR, Management, Media, Business Studies, Advertising, Multimedia or similar degrees. You will have a strong academic background in general and have excellent written and verbal
communications skills (English), and will also be digitally savvy. Previous sales or marketing experience is useful, an interest in media is essential. Possession of a valid drivers license will be an added advantage.

The purpose of the role is to increase the intensity and pace of contact with clients and potential clients. The internal team will be the drivers of the first contact and work with the external team to make them more efficient and more successful in their calls. Once it has been established that a client has some form of need or ongoing project an account manager will visit them to discuss this on a face to face basis.
