Sales & Marketing Manager (OPEN TO ALL)
Area: Pretoria
Salary: Negotiable up to R45000 P/M depending on qualifications and experience
Main Purpose of the position
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives. Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company to achieve sales objectives.

Job Objectives/Main Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor sales team
• Recruit new clients
• Maintain good relationships with current clients
• Maintain and develop sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues
• Set individual sales targets with sales team
• Co-ordinate sales action plans
• Oversee the activity and performance of sales team
• Assist with development of sales presentations and proposals
• Investigate loss of clients and investigate client feedback
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures
• Generate sales reports
• Control expenses and monitor budgets
• Conduct market research a competitor and customer analysis
• Develop promotional ideas and material
• Generate prospective client leads
• Meet with prospective clients and deliver sales presentation
• Create, manage and co-ordinate marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Report on return on investment
• Monitor industry best practices

Education ,Experience and Requirements
• B.Comm Marketing Degree
• 3 – 5 Years relative Marketing and Sales Management Experience
Valid Drivers licence (Industry related would be beneficial)
• Knowledge of Market Research
• Relevant product and industry knowledge (financial services and debt management experience) advantageous
• Microsoft outlook, word and excel
