Position Summary
This is a pivotal and game changing role. The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of the sales & marketing of newly built developments as well as off-plan sales and mentorship of a stellar team of real estate sales consultants. This position suits someone who would like to join the management team and have a direct impact on the future success of the company, is highly motivated, looking for unlimited growth, and wants to be rewarded for superior performance.
Key Requirements
• NQF4 – Minimum – Not negotiable
• Bachelors or Master’s degree preferred
• High energy, sense of purpose
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high level real estate sales position
• Experience in High-End Residential Sales
• Thorough knowledge of Johannesburg Northern Suburbs Market needs
• Highly proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong experience with Internet and Social Media marketing
• Independent thinker with a high level of initiative
• Highly organized individual, adept at multi-tasking
• Strong leadership skills
• Effective communicator with great people skills
Key Responsibilities
• Develop marketing strategy for each new development
• Monitor advertising and marketing collateral at each development.
• Monitor effectiveness of advertising sources for each development
• .Monitor and review online web presence for entire portfolio.
• Market research, competition, best practices, meetings, training
• Preparation and delivery of marketing & sales strategy
• Sales and Marketing budget
• Marketing and launch
• Production of Sales & Marketing reports for shareholders
Compensation
• Negotiable around R45 – 55 000 starting salary based on skills, experience and qualifications
