Our client, a young dynamic, innovative and vibrant Low Cost Airline is looking for a well presented well spoken, fast and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team.

Job Specification:
? Support the Head of Commercial in the establishment and delivery of the company’s inventory revenue budget.
? Development, implementation and performance measurement of all sales strategy and campaigns, supported by the maintenance of a Strategic Sales Plan and its agreement and communication with all members of the Commercial team.
? Delivery of two (2) corporate travel accounts per month, with an individual value of at least R 1.5 million net revenue per annum.
? Support Revenue Management in the achievement of the budgeted RASK.
? Shifting sales into the lowest cost channels possible.
? Management of the company Brand.
? Development and implementation of all marketing activity and its coordination with sales campaigns.
? Management of the relationship with the creative agency, including single point control of all work requests, their delivery of creative and their performance management and delivery to contracted budget.
? Development and delivery of the marketing (including advertising) budget.
? Relationship and performance management of existing strategic partners such as car rental brands and hotel groups.
? Support the Head of Commercial and Business Development & Systems Manager in the identification and development of new strategic partners.
? Supervision, effective utilisation and performance management of the Corporate Sales Lead and Marketing Assistant.
? Maintain a complete, high integrity, server based audit trail of all sales and marketing activity.

Minimum Requirements:
? Marketing degree/Diploma
? Sales budget accountability, in a well-regarded private sector brand, for a period of not less than three complete financial years.
? A measurable track record of achievement in delivering revenue budgets, developing revenue initiatives through measurable sales campaigns and marketing strategies.
? Relationship management of a creative agency or at least 2 years’ experience working in one at a senior level.
? Strong analytical skills.
? Successful delivery of corporate accounts, in a well-regarded private sector brand, with individual values exceeding R2 million per annum.
