4 - 5 years’ experience in the Management of Sales, Marketing & Reservations in Tour Operations and Safari Planning.

Be fully accountable and responsible for all aspects of Sales & Marketing, including Reservations for the Lodges and Safari Operation.

Full Control of the Lodges & Tour Marketing

Strong marketing experience and knowledge.
Preferably have managed a team of people in Africa.
Excellent understanding of hospitality and tourism logistics with regards to lodge reservations and safaris within Africa.
Strong experience with customer relations.
Experience with International markets and their requirements.
Strong computer skills are essential - (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook are musts). Excellent Excel skills a must.
Excellent English phone and writing skills.
Have a solid understanding of the travel industry.
Have an understanding of the industry’s financial processes.
Excellent administration skills.
