My client is a multinational pharmaceutical company who seeks to employ Sales Order Consultant

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Syspro (Syspro an WMS an advantage)
Sales Call Centre experience
Oral and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans (THIS IS A MUST)
Sales order processing experience

Role

Processing orders received
Ensure all customers are selected correctly
Inform customers of back-order status
Dealing with all telephonic orders
Ensure same day deliveries etc
Ensure customers are informed of out of stocks
Capturing of stock count for two annual stock takes
