Essential Functions (KPI’s):
• To search for new clients who could benefit from GES Africa products.
• Establish new relationships and maintain existing clients.
• Manage and understanding customer requirements.
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs based on the client needs (risk) analysis.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms, calculate quotations and close the sales deal on agreed terms and conditions.
• Provide after-sales support services and regularly visit clients.
• Analyse and project costs and sales targets.
• Prepare and submit Management reports.
• Meet regular sales targets.
• Record and maintaining client contact data.
• Co-ordinate sales projects.
• Actively participate in marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Conduct presentations to demonstrate product effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide pre-sales product technical demonstrations and education.
• Liaise with other members of the sales team and technical experts.
• Proactively provide solutions to client.
• Engage with the technical team in the R&D design of custom-made products.
• Train and develop training material for the sales team.

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
• Grade 12
• Marketing qualification
• Previous sales experience
• Own reliable vehicle (Non-negotiable)
• Excellent time management skills between managing the following KPI’s:
o sourcing for new client’s
o telecanvassing
o web canvassing
o cold calling and
o visiting clients
