Execute the service sales strategy for the Region within assigned territory of responsibility and en-suring that the respective service goals & targets are fulfilled. Build sustainable relationships with customers and partners.

Minimum educational qualifications and experience

• Proven track record in delivering sales results
• Facility Mngt. Experience
• Solid understanding of commercial & contracts mngt.
• Solid in admin processes
• Driven go getter with strong result orientation

Job Requirements

• Accountable for the overall performance in the increase of Service Sales turnover
• Coordinating with Service Managers and Technicians for optimal service delivery
• Target achievement
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers
• Gather market information, analyse and develop new market strategies together with
Manager
• Assist with customer queries and issues, developing and maintaining sustainable relationships
• Cross sell and thinking out off the box
