This role is in the FMCG Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.
* Define Regional Sales Strategy
* Execution of in-store strategies through Sales Leadership and Account Managers
* Develop in-store Promotions, Events and Special Offers
* Drive significant Product Volumes & Revenue
* Ensure Profitability Targets Maintained

* MBA or Equivalent
* FMCG Strategic Expertise
* Experience driving large scale sales volumes for a FMCG manufacturer
* Experience developing and executing large scale national sales deals with retailers like Shoprite and PnP
* Experience putting together and executing market dominating sales strategies for FMCG Products
* Experience setting up sales incentives, rewards, recruitment, retention and training practices to ensure sales team performance
* Advantageous: Experience working for a Tier 1 FMCG manufacturer
