Minimum Requirements :
Education
Grade 12
IMM or Sales Diploma (or equivalent) advantageous
Technical background / aptitude advantageous

Knowledge / Skills / Experience
· A proven track record of selling
Experience and knowledge of agricultural and farming equipment
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Ability to understand technical concepts
· Computer literacy
· Previous experience on CRM packages – advantageous
· Assertive / persuasive
· Excellent listening skills
· Ability to identify new business opportunities and applications for new business
· An appreciation of administration constraints
· Driver’s license
