Sales Rep and Trainer – GautengPackage is between R10 000 and R12 000 basic salary, commission sliding scales (4-6%), travel allowance and fuel costs covered by company.
Development/sourcing of new businessEstablish and maintain current and potential client relationshipsServicing entails:
⦠regular meetings⦠email communication⦠identifying and resolve client concerns or queries⦠advise and assisting prospective clients with treatment menus in order to encourage full product representation⦠present new products and information⦠regular stock taking⦠follow-up orders
· Maximize sales through:
⦠promotional days & talks⦠refreshing training⦠power hour sessions⦠retail training
Admin: Schedule, cold calling, service and training feedback reportsRegional trainer for students of selected schoolsFacilitate clinic days following training at schoolsTraining:
⦠Training therapists and/or students⦠Preparation and ordering of all training requirements needed: products, notes, manuals, exams etc.⦠Retail training & power hour sessions
Marking of exams and issuing of certificatesFollow-up correspondence: post-training to thank clientsRequires travelingWillingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travelComputer literacyVisibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the publicStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
