The ideal candidate will meet the above criteria and possess the following characteristics and attributes:
• Matric
• Sales training
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Must be in a possession of a valid, unendorsed Code 08 Drivers Licence – this is NOT negotiable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to work overtime
• Must be able to handle work related pressure – meeting of targets and deadlines consistently
• Advanced computer literacy MS Office, Word and Excel
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans is a fixed employment requirement within the Group

Job responsibilities will include, but would not be limited to:
• Achievement of agreed sales volumes and GP targets for the area of responsibility
• Achievement of budgeted sales targets
• Driving sales through effective merchandising and display of products utilizing all marketing tools available in conjunction with the marketing department
• Prospecting and securing new business
• Responsible for growing the brand within the prescribed area
• Ensuring that good customer relations are achieved and maintained
• Dealing with customers queries and complaints effectively, as and when required in a professional manner
• Maintaining call cycle ensuring that after sales service levels are achieved and maintained
• Promotion of products and accessories within the range
• Customer and after sales service
• Negotiation and liaison with key players within the industry to ensure that the business targets are achieved
